1. Deposit & Refund Terms

What the deposit is. Your deposit payment is a fully refundable deposit that reserves one of the first 250 shipments of the Luteva product offering, namely, Luteva's phase-specific supplement system. It is not a final purchase of the product. Each of the first 250 shipments is sometimes referred to as a "Founding Member spot". 

What it gets you. A reserved Founding Member spot and a locked-in 15% discount applied to your first order when Luteva ships.

Fully refundable. You may request a full refund of your deposit at any time before your order ships, for any reason, by emailing [email protected]. We will return the full deposit to your original payment method. (Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.)

The balance is charged separately, with your consent. The deposit does not authorize any future charge. Before we ship, we'll contact you to complete your order and collect the remaining balance. You are under no obligation to complete the purchase, and if you choose not to, your deposit is refunded.

Estimated shipping. We currently expect to ship in October 2026. This is an estimate and may change. If Luteva does not launch, or if we cancel the Founding Member program for any reason, all deposits will be refunded in full.

Limited availability. The Founding Member program is limited to the first 250 deposits.

Payments. Deposits are processed securely by Stripe. You'll receive an email receipt. Luteva does not store your card details.

2. Privacy Policy

Luteva Wellness LLC ("Luteva," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect.

Information you give us: name, email address, and (at deposit) payment information.
Payment data: processed and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full card details.
Automatically collected: usage and device data via cookies and analytics/advertising tools, including Meta Pixel and Google Analytics.

How we use it. To process your deposit and order, communicate with you about your reservation and launch, provide support, measure and improve our marketing, and meet legal obligations.

How we share it. With service providers who help us operate (e.g., Stripe for payments, our email provider, analytics and advertising platforms such as Meta and Google). We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies & tracking. We use cookies and pixels for analytics and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Your rights. Depending on where you live (e.g., California under the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain data uses. To make a request, email [email protected].

Data retention & security. We keep information only as long as needed and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

Children. Our site is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes. We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will reflect changes.

This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Intellectual property. All content, branding, and designs on this site are owned by Luteva Wellness LLC and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability. The site and program are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luteva is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
